Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing info@pearhaus.studio.
Kindly include your Order Number, a photo of the product, and details of the concern. Please note that Pearhaus reserves the right to decline store credit, refund, or replacement requests submitted after the 15-day period from the date of receiving the order.

Canceling or Changing Orders
