Order
At Pearhaus we work quickly to process and ship your order, so once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure the items in your order and your address are correct before purchasing. If you are unsure please EMAIL, DM or CHAT us before you order.
If you paid via Apple Pay or PayPal, please check the email address associated with your Apple Pay / PayPal account as this is most likely where your confirmation email was sent to.
If the email address that you entered at check out is correct, please check your junk and spam folders. If it's still not received after 4 hours of placing your order, please use the CONTACT US section and provide us the order details so we can look into this for you.
Pearhaus is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been delivered. However, we offer Pearhaus Package Protection to help ensure your order is protected, in the instance that it becomes lost-in-transit, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Orders that have opted into Package Protection are eligible for replacements, we do not provide refunds.
All requests must be made within 15 days of the parcel being marked as delivered by the courier.
By opting out of Pearhaus Package Protection you are agreeing that Pearhaus is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels. If you are experiencing any issues locating your parcel, we would recommend starting a claim with the courier as soon as possible.
All Package Protection claims must be submitted through a customer service representative at info@pearhaus.studio!
Please Note: Due to an increase in fraudulent activity, orders that are reshipped under Pearhaus Package Protection are not eligible for full refunds. If your order is replaced, you may exchange items for a different size or another product, but refunds will not be issued. Additionally, Pearhaus Package Protection cannot be refunded or reimbursed via gift card for returned orders.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, all sales of our lashes, cosmetics, accessories, and bundles are final. That said, we're always here to help — if you have any concerns, please reach out to us at info@pearhaus.studio and we’ll do our best to support you.

Absolutely. Send us a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make sure you get a replacement, no stress.
