Important Note:
For US and international orders, please note that we cannot guarantee whether you will be charged customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed (which may take up to 48 hours), you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. With this tracking number, you can monitor your product's journey.
Please allow 24 to 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
FAQ - Additional Shipping & Delivery
Pearhaus Package Protection
Pearhaus.Studio is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been delivered. However, we offer Pearhaus Package Protection to help ensure your order is protected, in the instance that it becomes lost-in-transit, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Orders that have opted into Package Protection are eligible for replacements, we do not provide refunds.
All requests must be made within 30 days of the parcel being marked as delivered by the courier.
By opting out of Pearhaus Package Protection you are agreeing that Pearhaus.Studio is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels. If you are experiencing any issues locating your parcel, we would recommend starting a claim with the courier as soon as possible.
All Package Protection claims must be submitted through a customer service representative at info@pearhaus.studio!
Please Note: Pearhaus Package Protection will not be refunded or reimbursed via gift card for returned orders.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If you have entered the wrong shipping address, please email us at info@pearhaus.studio immediately with your Order Number and the correct address. If your order has already been processed, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier for any address changes
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pearhaus is not responsible for lost or stolen products. If you experience this issue, please contact us at info@pearhaus.studio with your Order Number and Tracking information for investigation. Pearhaus reserves the right to determine the need for product replacements, if necessary.
Customs & Duties
Pearhaus is not responsible for any import duties, broker fees, customs charges, or taxes incurred on international shipments. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
It's important to understand that these fees are not determined or applied by Pearhaus. If you have any questions or concerns about these charges, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office for detailed information
