PRE-ORDER Questions
As we continue growing and expanding into the U.S., we wanted to give you a quick heads-up on a small pricing change.
For the U.S. market, all Pearhaus 2.0 products will see a $1.50 increase. This is due to rising import fees and new customs regulations. It helps us cover higher tariffs and ensures we can continue delivering the same quality lashes and essentials you’ve come to love — without compromise.
We’ve done our best to keep this increase as minimal as possible, and it only applies to U.S. orders.
We hope this notice is helpful before the update goes live.
As always, our team is here if you have any questions 🤍
We’re relaunching with our CloudCluster™ lashes and CloudSet™ bond in July 2025. Join our waitlist for early access and exclusive perks.
Nope — we’re growing. We paused orders to bring you something better: softer lash fibers, a stronger bond, better packaging, and more thoughtful designs for real eyes. The relaunch is our next chapter — and you’re part of it.
Our current pre-orders are expected to begin shipping out late July! (subject to change). We’ll keep you updated every step of the way — and it may even be earlier!

Popular Lash Questions
Our CloudClusters are made with premium Korean silk fibers and an ultra-light, 0.03mm thread-thin band. Thanks to our new zero-heat Cloud™ technology, they’re softer than ever — no poking, no stiffness, just a seamless blend that melts into your lash line and actually fits your eye shape.
Great question — and totally fair to ask. Pearhaus lashes are built to be event-proof (yes, even through crying, swimming, and showering), but for multi-day wear, the results can vary based on your routine and application.
We like to say “up to 7 days” because wear time isn’t just about the lashes — it’s about how you wear them.
Some customers wear theirs for a few days, others push 7 to even 10 days, but it all depends on how well they’re applied and cared for. Think of it like a blowout: it lasts longer when you treat it gently.
Here are a few factors that affect wear time:
- Application technique – Clusters should sit 1–2mm away from your waterline. Too close and they’ll lift or cause discomfort.
- Seal placement – Be sure to apply the seal only at the base — overcoating the lash tips can cause stiff buildup.
- Sleep position – If you’re a side or face sleeper, you may see more lifting due to friction (especially on one eye).
- Oil or skincare products – These can break the bond seal if they get near your lash line.
- Cleaning and care – Tugging or picking at the lashes shortens wear time. Gently cleanse around them with water and oil-free cleanser.
At the end of the day, Pearhaus lashes are designed to temporarily mimic salon lash extensions — not replace them completely. They give you that same lifted, polished look without the commitment or damage, with the freedom to remove them on your terms.
If you’re unsure what went wrong, send us a photo — we’ll guide you through your application, no judgment. We’re always here to help you get the best wear possible.
Yes — you can cry, sweat, shower, and even swim in them. Just don’t rub aggressively, especially around the lash line. Keep in mind these are DIY lashes, not salon extensions — so the more gently you treat them, the longer they’ll last.
Use our Remover to gently melt away the bond. Brush on, let it sit, and slide the clusters off. We always recommend removing them with care and patience.
All styles are hand-crafted and made from 100% synthetic-based silk fiber. With proper care and storage, our lashes can be reused up to 5x.
To maintain your lashes in perfect condition, it's essential to remove any adhesive residue from the lash band after each use. Simply use our bond remover as you take the lashes off. If any residue persists, soak the lashes in 91% Isopropyl alcohol (Rubbing Alcohol) for 15 second and then gently wipe away any remaining residue. After cleaning, store the lashes back in our packaging.

Tahlia mimics the look of real lashes — soft, classic, and effortlessly natural.
Kyra builds on that with a bit more fullness and depth for a stronger lash line.

We offer two core sets to fit your vibe and your lash line:
Classic (9mm, 11mm, 13mm) – Our go-to starter set. The lengths are versatile and flattering for most eyes, and give you room to customize without guessing.
Shorty (8mm, 9mm, 11mm) – A softer, low-profile option for smaller eyes or those who love an ultra-natural look.
If you're unsure, we recommend starting with Classic — it's the perfect balance between natural and noticeable, and gives you more flexibility if your lashes are longer than expected.
they are all C/D Blended curls.
Most discomfort comes from placing them too close to the waterline. Try applying 1–2mm away from the base of your lashes to avoid irritation.
